Project Coordinator - Tampines
About the role
As a Project Coordinator at The Orange Cube Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the project management team.
What you'll be doing- Planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities
- Liaise with designers, subcontractors & home owner to address queries and resolve issues
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to head of operations
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and other project-related events
- At least 5 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar administrative role in the construction industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and other office productivity tools
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
