Key Responsibilities- Meet and consult with potential homeowners to understand their renovation requirements.
- Develop design concepts and space planning solutions based on clients’ needs and budget.
- Prepare design proposals, mood boards, and quotations.
- Conduct presentations and follow-up meetings with clients.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
- Maintain timely follow-up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the renovation process.
- Manage projects from initial consultation to project completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design sales.
- Strong knowledge of residential renovation and interior design.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and develop practical design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Possess a strong portfolio of completed residential projects.
- Locals and Malaysians preferred.
