Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Singapore team, focusing on outbound sales by building relationships with interior designers. You will promote our premium lighting products, such as our HELIOS magnetic track lights and NOVA COB LED lightstrips, to drive sales and enhance our brand presence in the interior design community.This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client outreach, and a passion for lighting design.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales by visiting interior designers, design firms, and showrooms in Singapore to showcase GRAVIAR’s lighting products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers to secure referrals and repeat business.
- Present product features, such as the dotless illumination of NOVA lightstrips and the versatility of HELIOS lights, to align with clients’ design needs.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities and following up on leads.
- Provide tailored lighting solutions to interior designers, addressing their project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to position GRAVIAR effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in lighting, home decor, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage with interior designers and build lasting relationships.
- Comfortable with outbound sales, including cold-calling and in-person visits to design firms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lighting products or interior design trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore for client visits.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for ease of travel.
