Project Engineer - Toa Payoh

Job Summary:

You will work closely with our sales, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination from project planning to final delivery. Prior elevator industry experience is welcome but not required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by providing technical input, reviewing architectural drawings, and preparing project proposals.
• Learn and apply vertical transportation system knowledge, including elevator types, components, and technical standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, equipment delivery schedules, and installation plans.
• Participate in customer meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Track project progress and help resolve technical or logistical issues as they arise.
• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines, engineering standards, and relevant elevator regulations.
• Support documentation and reporting for project milestones, approvals, and handovers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in project engineering, technical sales, construction, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn about elevators, escalators, and vertical transportation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project tracking tools.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in construction, MEP coordination, or equipment installation.
• Familiarity with local safety codes, building regulations, or project management practices.
• Exposure to elevator brands is a plus.
