What You'll Help Us Do

• Plan and create meaningful content for Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, Rednote, and beyond
• Shoot, edit, and be part of high-quality photo and video content
• Turn treatments, testimonials, and team culture into compelling digital stories
• Speak directly to our target audience with copy that connects

• Launch and monitor Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and SEO/SEM efforts
• Support campaigns that bring in new clients and keep loyal ones engaged
• Work with influencers and creators to amplify our reach
• Track performance, report results, and learn what works

• Research trends and help us stay fresh, relevant, and scroll-worthy
• Keep an eye on competitors and help us lead, not follow
• Contribute to creative direction for brand photoshoots, video formats, and more
• Offer input like a teammate, not just an assistant

• 1–3 years of marketing or content experience (in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle is a plus)
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar, and ready to keep learning
• Strong with words, visuals, and ideas — and confident enough to use them
• Comfortable on camera (or willing to try with guidance!)
• Organised, self-starting, and always on top of what’s next
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a similar field
