Join a dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, where you will provide essential technical support and ensure the optimal performance of top-tier products.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive technical support for products to customers.
- Liaise effectively with customers, main office, agents, and relevant stakeholders concerning product support.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the company CMP equipment and other related products.
- Provide support for the company Ozone Water Generator and additional product lines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or a technical support role within the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work non-office hours and provide on-call support as required.
- Owning a vehicle is advantageous.
