Job Summary:

This role is critical to driving strategic initiatives, enhancing banking operations, and ensuring seamless integration of Flexcube solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for Flexcube implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with Flexcube capabilities.
• Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business users.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Oversee UAT planning and execution, ensuring business requirements are met.
• Provide leadership in documentation, training, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 12–14 years of experience in business analysis within banking or financial services.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube (Retail, Corporate, or Universal Banking).
• Strong command of SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Deep understanding of core banking processes: loans, deposits, payments, customer onboarding.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP).
• Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk frameworks.
