IT Network and Security Engineer (12 Months)

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and support LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
Maintain and monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency).
Configure and install firewalls, switches, routers, and other networking devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues across on-premise and cloud environments.
Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce network security best practices.
Conduct capacity planning and recommend infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and procedures.
Participate in network-related incident response and change management.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in network engineering or related field
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking hardware.
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and other core networking concepts.
Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security best practices.

Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP)
Juniper Networks Certified Specialist
CompTIA Network+
AWS Certified Advanced Networking
