Two Herbs, a leading provider of natural haircare and beauty solutions, is seeking passionate Hair Therapists / Assistants to join our team in Toa Payoh Central & Bedok Central. As a Hair Therapist / Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair and scalp treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct in-depth hair and scalp assessments to identify clients' specific needs and concerns
Develop and administer customised hair and scalp treatment plans using our premium natural products
Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through their hair journey
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are well-maintained
Assist with product sales and inventory management as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a hair or beauty-related role, with a passion for natural and holistic haircare
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised, spa-like experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
A keen eye for detail and the ability to precisely follow treatment protocols
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, as well as the latest trends and techniques in natural haircare
Relevant certifications or qualifications in hair therapy or cosmetology would be an advantage
Part-time position is available
