Relationship Officer (Private Banking)

Job Description
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through effective account servicing and client engagement.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing client enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Process client instructions and monitor client accounts in accordance with Private Banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct business analysis and feasibility assessments to identify product opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Prepare business forecasts, performance tracking, and management information to support planning and decision-making.
- Perform Management Information System (MIS) reporting, data management, and management reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business data.
- Support the administration and monitoring of referral programmes, incentive schemes, sales campaigns, and other business initiatives.
- Coordinate and support client events, marketing activities, and business development programmes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and product teams to facilitate effective execution of business objectives.
- Support the Team Head in business management, reporting, performance monitoring, and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or high-end financial marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with solid knowledge of branding, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Excel, prior experience with programming or coding is preferred
