Job Description:

As an Experienced Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities for our clients. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively translate business needs into actionable insights and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis function, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technology strategies.
• Develop detailed functional requirements, business process models, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
• Design and execute testing plans for new or modified systems.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Coach junior analysts and contribute to the professional development of the team.
• Stay current with emerging trends in business analysis, technology, and industry best practices.

• Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in business analysis in a consulting or equivalent system implementation environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex projects and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies, including use case development, user story mapping, and process modeling.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
