West - Junior Accounts Assistant (Convertible to Permanent | Part-Time / Contract / Intern)

About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations. This is a part-time / contract / internship opportunity with a structured full-day schedule.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on accounting experience, with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

• Enter financial data accurately to maintain up-to-date accounting records
• Support processing of accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
• Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track financial information
• Organize and maintain filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Assist in bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team
• Manage assigned tasks independently and meet deadlines

• Basic accounting knowledge or relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple formulas
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts such as invoices, payments, and reconciliation
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling numerical data
• Able to work independently and commit to on-site work at Teban Gardens

• 0 to 2 years of accounting or administrative experience
• Students on holiday, interns, or fresh graduates looking to build experience
• Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Work Location: Teban Gardens (West area) candidates must be willing and able to commute
