Chef de Partie
Introduction
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team and help deliver exceptional food grounded in Japanese technique and tradition.
Responsibilities- Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Sous Chef.
- Prepare mise-en-place and ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, support ordering, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1).
- Solid understanding of ingredient prep and storage practices.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-performance kitchen environment.
- Open to chefs with limited experience in Japanese cuisine but a strong work ethic.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
