Salary: Up to $4,000 (Basic + Commission + incentives)

• Passionate about beauty, skincare & aesthetics
• Proven ability to provide excellent and professional customer service with a customer centric approach
• Excellent skills in aesthetic beauty treatments with over 3 years of working experience as a beautician and aesthetics therapist in Singapore.
• Good sales track record with consultative selling approach.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and meeting helping them to achieve their beauty goals

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and professional customer service.
• Provide consultation and recommendation on professional treatments and products to customers based on customer needs assessment
• Perform traditional hands on facials, machine based facial, body, and other aesthetic treatments/services for customers.
• Play an active role in customer referral and retention and achieve company and personal sales targets
• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the premises and assist with operational duties like stock taking and reception duties.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness Certifications

Proficient in speaking English and Mandarin (in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers)

Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skill and self-motivated

Team player, well-groomed, meticulous and professional
