Program Manager (Finance Transformation) - Toa Payoh
We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive and deliver Global Accounting & Reporting (A&R) initiatives within a large-scale Finance Transformation Program. This senior leadership role requires managing multi-geographic, multi-disciplinary workstreams while ensuring strategic alignment and business value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee A&R transformation across multiple business units, driving efficiency, automation, and process improvement
- Manage end-to-end program execution, including financial management, governance, risk, and issue management
- Oversee global teams (on-shore and off-shore) to ensure successful solution delivery across multiple locations
- Ensure seamless integration of accounting systems and finance operations, aligning with strategic objectives
- Drive process standardization and cost optimization, reducing manual work and enhancing data-driven insights
- Establish strong stakeholder governance, engaging with senior finance leaders and business units
- Foster collaboration between global and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
- Ensure business adoption and transition into BAU, embedding new technology and processes effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in Finance or Business Transformation, leading large-scale, complex programs
- Strong understanding of Finance Transformation within Insurance, particularly in Accounting & Reporting and Accounting Systems
- Hands-on experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, and Reporting processes, ideally within an Insurance company
- Global delivery expertise, including managing multi-location teams and off-shore capabilities
- Proven Project Leadership and Management skills, with a track record of delivering programs of $20M+ scale
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including working with CFOs and senior finance leaders
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
