Finance and Operations Executive
About the role
As a Finance and Operations Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial accounting and back office operations. This full-time position is based around MacPherson, Central Region, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of an organization managing International brands and growing business.
What you'll be doing- Prepare timely and review accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, tax, and regulations
- Managing company's AP, AR and cashflow
- Responsible for inventory planning and purchasing
- Handling General Affairs including permits, liaising with government agencies
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting with strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and business flow best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in inventory planning and purchasing
- Proficient in using financial software preferably Xero, Inventory system MuRho, or Microsoft Dynamics/Navision and mastering Microsoft Excel. High interest in business flow automation.
- Good written communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A pro-active and detail-oriented approach to work
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting or a recognized accounting certification
