About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & End-User Services to lead and manage regional IT operations across Asia. This is a key individual contributor role responsible for driving infrastructure transformation and providing hands-on support at the regional office.

The role sits within the regional IT leadership team and works closely with global IT, vendors, and local country IT leads to ensure a secure, efficient, and modern IT environment.

• Oversee regional infrastructure strategy and execution, including equipment and network renewals.
• Act as the primary IT contact for the Singapore regional office handling end-user support, Wi-Fi, and hardware issues.
• Drive regional infrastructure projects and provide governance and guidance to local teams.
• Collaborate with global IT to ensure service delivery standards and ITSM alignment.
• Support disaster recovery planning (DRP) and contribute to IT aspects of business continuity.

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including regional oversight and hands-on support.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365, office networking, endpoint support, and ITSM.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Comfortable being the sole infrastructure lead at the regional office while coordinating across teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
