Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related sales documentation accurately and timely.
• Liaise with customers regarding enquiries, orders, delivery schedules and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Monitor order status, inventory availability and delivery arrangements to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and filing systems.
• Support the sales team in preparing reports, presentations and administrative tasks.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
