About the role

Join us as an Assistant Manager, Human Resource at Newman and Goh., a leading facility management solutions provider. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Jurong East West Region, contributing to the strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations of our growing company.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the organisation's objectives
  • Coordinate and administer the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Provide HR advisory and consultative support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Support organisational change management initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR practices
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in the facility management or real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
