Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital support in managing day-to-day office operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as no prior experience is required.
Job Scope:
- Handle data entry tasks, ensure proper filing and management of documents, and maintain an organized document management system.
- Prepare and manage document transmittal forms for internal and external distribution.
- Ensure adherence to office procedures and company policies, supporting smooth operations across departments.
- Arrange and coordinate with the Logistics department for scheduling and managing lorry drivers.
- Perform any ad-hocduties as needed to support office operations.
Job Requirements:
- Having basic skill in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with team members and external parties.
- Attention to detail, fast learner, self-initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility in performing tasks.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- No prior experience is necessary. We are open to hiring motivated and eager-to-learn fresh graduates.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday, 8:30 AM - 12:30PM
- OR
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
