Content Development & Management- Conceptualise and create engaging communications for various digital and social media platforms
- Curate and produce monthly newsletters to enhance stakeholder communications
- Design and develop communications materials such as monthly infographic series to communicate key messages effectively
- Serve as primary Point-of-Contact (POC) to facilitate/support learning journeys organised
- Coordinate briefing sessions for volunteers
- Manage volunteer engagement and communications through dedicated mailbox
- Provide end-to-end administrative and events management support for briefing sessions/events/programmes
- Track and report on engagement metrics and programme outcomes
- Compile and analyse inputs to derive meaningful insights relating to volunteer management outcomes
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in communications/marketing/digital media or related fields. Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
- Applicants should preferably have at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, especially in content creation and digital marketing or events management.

- Project management and coordination
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Takes initiative and self-motivated
- Proficient in digital content creation and management using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic video editing tools would be an advantage
