Education Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on inbound enquiries and company-provided leads to drive student enrolment.
- Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable education programmes.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing and student recruitment strategies to attract students, particularly from the Greater China region.
- Promote educational programmes through various channels, including online platforms, webinars, education fairs, school visits, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agents, education consultants, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Guide and support students throughout the application process, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Conduct consultations (via phone, online, or in-person) and effectively present programme offerings to prospective students and parents.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on enrolment progress, key metrics, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions, Marketing, Student Services) to ensure a smooth and positive student experience.
- Chieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or business development; prior experience within the education sector is strongly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with students, agents, and counterparts in Greater China.
- Cultural Knowledge: Understands the educational requirements and preferences of students from Greater China and Singapore.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, agents, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive and Result-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, proactive in achieving goals, and passionate about contributing to the growth of the organization.
