Social Media & Creative Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Creative Executive to support the growth of Amore Group’s portfolio of brands, including Amore Fitness, Amore Define, am Pilates and amber.

This role will work closely with our external social media agency to ensure content quality, brand consistency and campaign execution while driving day-to-day community engagement across our social platforms. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with photography/videography skills and a passion for creating engaging social-first content.

• Social Media Management
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the social media agency
• Review and manage monthly content calendars, content plans and campaign deliverables
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives and campaign timelines
• Coordinate content approvals and feedback with internal teams
• Lead the coordination of photoshoots with the social media agency, serving as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and execution
• Community Management
• Manage daily engagement across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
• Respond to comments, messages and community interactions in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor conversations, trends and customer sentiment
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and community growth
• Creative Design & Content Support
• Design social media assets, EDM visuals, promotional materials and outlet marketing collateral
• Adapt campaign key visuals into various digital and print formats
• Support the creation of social-first content for real-time marketing opportunities
• Photography & Videography
• Capture photo and video content at outlets, events, launches and campaigns
• Conduct ad hoc content shoots for social media and marketing needs
• Edit photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
• Maintain an organised content library for future use
• Campaign & Brand Support
• Support marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and activations across all brands
• Coordinate content requirements with outlet teams, teachers, coaches, influencers and partners
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Reporting & Insights
• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
• Prepare monthly reports and insights for management review
• Keep abreast of social media trends, platform updates and competitor activities

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, creative design or digital marketing
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Premiere Pro)
• Experience in photography and videography for social media content
• Familiarity with CapCut or other short-form video editing tools
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing external agencies and vendors
• Experience within fitness, wellness, beauty or lifestyle industries
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok and Xiaohongshu platforms
• Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and content performance metrics
