We are looking for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Asia Pacific for Lufthansa Group Airlines.

TASKS

Business Coordination
  • Responsible for comprehensive cross-functional tasks: compile, research and consolidate various business data and management information
  • Prepare contents for business presentations, reports, speeches, briefings, concepts, publications tailored to target group (Executive Management, VPs, Employees, Providers)
  • Prepare external and internal correspondence in both English and German; coordination of an efficient information flow between relevant interfaces
  • Ensure active information exchange with headquarter departments
  • Organize necessary information and documentation for problem solving processes
  • Prepare executive summaries on current business topics
  • Prepare contents and coordinate events, conferences, meetings including agenda and logistics; monitor and follow up on open items and ensure communication and distribution of information to relevant target groups
  • Negotiate contracts with providers in regards to event / conference planning
  • Support managing target agreement processes incl. performance monitoring
  • Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and/or political topics as assigned and delegate with discretion
Strategic Projects
  • Assess and annotate proposals as well as prepare decision memos for VP
  • Continuous and active collaboration in process orientation topics for Airline Sales and protection of interests for Vice President Sales APAC
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor APAC Sales targets and measures
  • Lead of strategically important Airline Sales projects with relevance on APAC including functional guidance of colleagues
  • Conceptual and analytic steering of the APAC strategy process
  • Other duties and projects as assigned and delegated

YOUR PROFILE

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, aviation management or similar
  • Experience in analytical, conceptual and administrative roles
  • Skilled in preparing management presentations, decision memos, reports and executive communications
  • Project coordination and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; confident in handling confidential and sensitive topics
  • Fluent in English language
  • German desirable
  • Asian language is a plus
  • Professional and confident manner
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willingness to work across time zones
  • Must possess a legal work permit by the time of hiring
