Job Overview:
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café. You will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain the café’s cleanliness and efficiency, and ensure the café meets sales and operational targets.Your role is key to creating a positive experience for both customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:Lead and supervise café staff (baristas, servers, kitchen staff) to ensure smooth operations.
Create employee schedules and ensure the team is well-staffed during peak times.
- Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high service standards.
- Operations:Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure inventory is well-stocked and order supplies as needed.
- Financial & Performance Tracking:Monitor sales and expenses to meet budget and profit goals.
- Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure the café complies with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
