We are looking for reliable and experienced leaders to lead and manage a team of security officers. Hiring for shopping mall sites at Central region.

Salary: $3,690 – $3,890

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers
• Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and manage access control
• Work closely with client representatives and follow SOPs
• Manage incidents, respond to alarms, and escalate when necessary
• Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new officers
• Handle emergencies and support fire drills
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid PLRD Security Officer License (SS)
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a security team
• PC literate and able to write clear incident reports
• Must have First Aid & Fire Safety in Building Cert
• Experienced supervisors welcome — attractive salary package available!
