Job Summary:
The role of HR Executive will provide end-to-end support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. This role manages employee records, HRIS, and ensures compliance with local labor laws and company policies.The HR Executive also supports performance management, training administration, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting.
In addition, the role involves contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee inquiries, preparing documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks. The position plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture while maintaining efficient HR processes.
Job Descriptions :
- Recruitment & Selection: Support full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage new hire orientation, documentation, and exit processes.
- HRIS & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files in HRIS.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare: Assist in organizing engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal communications.
- HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR letters, contracts, reports, and presentations; support regulatory and internal reporting.
- Performance & Training Administration: Coordinate appraisals, training registrations, and learning records.
- Regulatory Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies; assist with audits.
- HR Projects & Process Improvement: Participate in projects to enhance HR workflows and employee experience.
- Administrative Support: Handle employee inquiries, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other HR-related or administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations, with a willingness to learn and grow within the function.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
