Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely preparation and consolidation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and management reports to both internal and external stakeholders
Provide strategic recommendations regarding automation, accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, planning, financial stability, liquidity and cashflow.
Controlling the working capital and cash-flow management including reporting for board and executives.
Oversee all aspects of financial activities and ensure strong corporate financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, analysis and statutory reporting.
Good understanding of operating and capital expenditure, revenue, internal controls and budgets.
Work closely with teammates to promote a culture of innovation within the team to drive greater efficiency whilst increasing and driving staff motivation.
Responsible for all core financial affairs and ensuring that the team is developed to take on leading roles.
Responsible for the accurate production of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet including liaising with project managers for WIP management and reporting.
Participate in enhancing processes and setting the overall control framework for the company.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, CPA certified will be an added advantage
At least 10 - 15 years of related experience in engineering sector
Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and other financial regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
