About the Role

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications.
• Test, debug, and enhance both internal systems and client-facing solutions.
• Analyze existing platforms to recommend and implement improvements that align with evolving business goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specs and user manuals.
• Execute and verify unit test cases using real-world test data.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support system development and refinement.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on quality assurance practices.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and adopting emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java programming and software development.
• Proficient in working with Spring Boot and or Hibernate
• Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented approach to solving technical challenges.
