Operation Excellence Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

The Executive needs to be proactive in process improvement suggestions and coordinate/execute Management decisions on changes in operation procedures and Planning Team projects.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support and coordinate with the operations team to resolve daily operational process issues.
2. Support, assist in coordinating and executing warehouse management system, automationand ERP integration projects, from exploration to implementation, locally and globally (when applicable).
3. Initiate and coordinate both systems and process improvements to improve efficiency and minimise mistakes.
4. Plan and set up warehouse layouts for existing and new facilities, ensuring optimal warehouse space utilisation without compromising process flow and efficiency.
5. Generate regular reports and operational statistics to support management decision-making.
6. Develop and maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of receiving, outbound process, dispatch, and inventory management.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align and communicate new procedures and best practices.
8. Deploy new procedures and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth implementation.

RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of working experience as a warehouse planning executive in a Logistics MNC environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds, relevant internship experience, or project experience are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
