As a Florist, you will play a key part in bringing our company's passion for flowers and exceptional customer service to life.

1. Designing and crafting beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements and bouquets to exacting standards
2. Ensuring all floral displays and products are well-maintained and presented to the highest standard
3. Providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations and expert advice
4. Restocking and organising the store's flower inventory
5. Collaborating with the team to support daily store operations and achieving sales targets

1. No experience as a Florist welcome, with a strong creative flair and an eye for design
2. Excellent floristry skills and the ability to create stunning floral arrangements
3. A passion for flowers and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
4. Strong organisation and time management skills to work efficiently under pressure
5. A team player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider store team
