We are a Singapore-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering secure, reliable, and scalable IT solutions for SMEs and nonprofit organizations. We specialize in IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for end user.
• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and network devices.
• Assist users with hardware,software, Microsoft 365, printer and network related issues.
• Maintain updated network diagrams, IT inventory and technical documentation

• Hands-on experience delivering IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Exposure to enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 Cloud.
• Training in next-generation firewalls, SIEM, endpoint security, and wireless solutions.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud servers and virtualization platforms.
• Practical skills in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance solutions, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, MFA, and Conditional Access.

• Fresh graduates are welcome. Comprehensive on the job training and mentorship will be provided.
• Company-sponsored professional training and certification – One industry certification per year (e.g. CompTIA, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Data Protection Officer (DPO), or other approved certifications) to support continuous career growth.
• Competitive annual remuneration package – Up to $50,000 – $60,000 per year, inclusive of AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) and performance-based project incentives, rewarding strong contributions and successful project delivery.

• Adhere to company Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies
• Support implementation of security standards and best practices

The Ideal Candidate:

• ITE, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Candidates with internship in IT or up to 1 year of IT support experience are welcome.
• Passionate about technology and eager to build a career in IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
