Location: Westgate x1, Bedok Mall x1Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours

- Support tenant fitting-out, renovation, and asset enhancement projects
- Handle operational feedback and service requests
- Monitor maintenance contracts, budgets, and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Degree with minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail mall operations, facilities management, property management.
- Experience in managing maintenance contracts, service vendors, and operational budgets.
- Familiarity with tenant fit-out works, renovation projects, and asset enhancement initiatives will be advantageous.
- Willing to work beyond standard operating hours and participate in emergency response activities when required.
