• Oversee and manage daily workshop operations, including workflow planning, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, coach, and supervise workshop personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain operational standards and team productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex vehicle repair and maintenance issues while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, company policies, and relevant industry regulations.
• Monitor work progress, workshop efficiency, and service quality to ensure KPIs and operational targets are achieved.
• Manage workshop expenses, budgets, tools, and inventory while coordinating with suppliers for operational requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers when required, providing technical clarification, repair estimates, and service support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate workshop documentation, service records, repair history, and operational reports for management review.
• Support ad hoc operational duties and projects as assigned.

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid technical knowledge and understanding of automotive workshop operations and vehicle systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement practical solutions effectively.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Well-organized with strong planning, multitasking, and administrative capabilities.
• Familiar with workshop diagnostic equipment, repair software, and workshop management systems.
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing workshop operations and maintaining service quality standards.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
