Job Summary

Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and oversee project execution to meet client requirements and quality standards
Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and delivery
Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and resolve project issues
Apply Archicad and Photoshop software skills to develop detailed architectural plans and visual presentations
Coordinate and manage internal and external teams to achieve project goals and maintain collaboration

Required competencies and certifications

Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
Proficient use of Archicad and Photoshop software for architectural design and project documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
