Training and Marketing Executive - Woodlands

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Training and Marketing Executive. You will be responsible for both the marketing and operational support of our training services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, website, and blogs
• Maintain and update company website regularly
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
• Create promotional materials and digital assets (banners, posters, visuals)

• Manage customer feedback channels and respond to queries promptly
• Handle incoming leads and enquiries via calls, emails, or online platforms
• Support client relationship management and database maintenance

• Assist management in planning marketing campaigns and meeting sales goals
• Contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with training and sales teams to align marketing efforts

• Assist with course registrations, scheduling, and classroom preparations
• Support trainers in logistics, materials, and post-course follow-up
• Help with client proposals and course documentation when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media platforms, Canva, WordPress, or other content tools
• Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude
• Able to multitask and work independently
