Join us in shaping the pre-opening journey of Varel Singapore, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel – opening Q4 2025 / Q1 2026, a distinctive premium hotel under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio.

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary / Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team during this exciting phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across office and operations
  • Coordinate vendor communications, follow-ups, and backend documentation
  • Take meeting minutes and assist with scheduling and task tracking
  • Prepare presentations and assist with basic research and reporting
  • Maintain organized records and support ad-hoc HR and operational tasks
Requirements
  • Prior experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • IT-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and presentation software
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
  • Flexible arrangement:
  1. Working hours: 2 to 3 days a week or
  2. Half-day shifts (Monday to Friday)
  • Temporary / part-time basis @ $10 to $15 per hour, with potential for extension
