Job Description:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FI/CO modules, supporting system implementation, testing, data validation, and user acceptance to ensure successful deployment and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver user guides, process documentation, and training materials to improve finance team proficiency in SAP.
- Monitor SAP system performance and identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate finance functions for greater efficiency.
- Provide functional support to finance users by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work closely with IT, SAP consultants, and finance/operations teams to coordinate issue resolution, system improvements, and integration activities.
- Ensure SAP configurations and processes comply with internal controls and accounting standards to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee the timely preparation and submission of group monthly, quarterly, and annual management and budget reports to the head office.
- Review and analyze group and subsidiary budgets quarterly to support effective financial planning and cost control.
- Undertake additional finance-related responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of SAP experience (FI/CO and related modules such as SD, PP, MM) in a finance role.
- Familiar with month-end closing and financial reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
