Roles and Responsibilities:
- To provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of ATC Voice Communication Systems at customer sites
- Coordination and Supervision of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance activities for various systems.
- Prepare and Update QA, RA and Systems Monthly Reports, etc.
- Support the Level 1 Shift Team to meet customer Service Level Agreement.
- Support Ad-hoc Service Requests.
- Able to attend to Preventive/Corrective Maintenance activities scheduled at wee hours and perform Level 2 on-call standby duty when rostered.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer engineering
- Has knowledge in Voice & Data Communication Systems and VHF Radio Communication Systems.
- Experience in System Installation, Integration Testing and Troubleshooting
