Assistant Project Manager - ERP Migration (SAP to JDE)

Summary

Join a fast-paced project driving the migration of ERP systems from SAP to JDE. As Assistant Project Manager, you will coordinate project planning, cross-departmental communication, risk mitigation, training, and documentation-ensuring successful delivery and adoption of the new system.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the full lifecycle of the ERP migration project-from planning to hypercare.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource tracking.
Facilitate project meetings and prepare status updates for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business units to ensure system requirements are captured and addressed.
Coordinate training and user onboarding across departments.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
Create and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, specifications, training material).
Monitor ERP performance and suggest improvements.
Handle any other tasks assigned by project leads.

Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP and JDE systems.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage timelines effectively.
