Sales & Marketing Administrator

Basic Salary | Up to $4500, depends on experience.
Work Details | 5 Days, Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm
Location | Ubi

Job Description

Sales administration:

To support the sales department with sales administrative tasks including preparing quotations, tenders, etc.
To receive, verify & process orders through internal liaison.
To prepare marketing presentation materials and samples.
To maintain and update sales & customer records, distributor agreements, etc.
To compile monthly sales reports.
To direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.

Marketing activities:

To plan & coordinate marketing campaigns, which includes planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing initiatives.
To plan and manage e-commerce sales activities.
To plan & coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.
To do copywriting for marketing materials for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc).
To monitor and report on marketing analytics, such as website traffic and conversion rates.
To maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
To plan and organise marketing events.
