Chemical / Process Technician x 10 (Training Provided I 12 Hours or Day Shift) - Bukit Batok

• $2,000 - $3,000 Basic + Allowances + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Several positions available: 12 Hours Rotating Shift / Day Shift (Mon to Fri 8am to 4.30pm)
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform minor maintenance
• Performing checks, start-up and shutdown operations on process equipment such as pumps and compressors
• Carry out filter changes
• Isolating piping systems for plant start-up, shutdowns, product grade change and troubleshooting operations
• Adjusting process parameters to optimize process operations under supervision of Supervisors
• Commissioning and decommissioning of process equipment
• Performing emergency shutdown of process equipment
• Proper handing and blending of non-conforming and off specs products
• Preparing plant equipment for maintenance
• Preparing chemicals, including mixing and dilution, for process operations
• Performing inter-tank transfers of chemicals and products based on established quality procedures
• Performing emergency response activities and drills
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'N', 'O' level / Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• No experience required. Training provided.
