Operation Manager (Machining/ Manufacturing)

Job Description:

• Oversees daily manufacturing, production, and service activities to ensure compliance with API specification and safety standards.
• Manage staff, optimize processes, handle logistics, and control budgets to meet customer requirements and improve efficiency.
• Monitor daily operations, manage inventory, and optimize workflows to reduce costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and lead emergency responses.
• Supervise, train, and develop technical teams and staff.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to fulfill requirements and manage supply chain.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Precision Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Machining
• Knowledge of API standards and manufacturing processes
