We are looking for a Security Officer. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets across all areas. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct investigations into incidents and accidents involving guests and associates.
Patrol guest floors and hotel perimeter areas.
Perform troubleshooting procedures for door issues and in-room safes.
Respond to fire or panic alarm activations.
Uphold the safety and security of guests and associates, including risk management within the hotel property.
Ensure the hotel complies with all regulations set by relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least N Level, O level or SO grade in Security PWM framework.
Must hold a valid PLRD license.
Possess a Certificate in Security Operations, having completed all mandatory licensing modules.
A minimum of 1–2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Have knowledge of fire safety and evacuation procedures.
Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
