Job Description:
- Support end-to-end delivery of annual and mid-year performance management cycles, including calibration, governance checks, and reporting.
- Produce performance analytics and dashboards (e.g. rating distributions, trends, risk indicators) to inform senior HR and leadership discussions.
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable interventions.
- Maintain performance management standards, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and fairness across the Group.
- Support performance-related processes on HR systems (e.g. Workday), including data validation, issue resolution, and user guidance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification, automation, and enhancement of manager experience.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Degree in a relevant discipline
