Lead strategic procurement activities for large-scale CAPEX and EPC projects, supporting terminal and industrial operations. Focus on sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and cost optimization across complex infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute procurement and category strategies for CAPEX projects
- Lead sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP), supplier evaluation, negotiation, and award
- Manage procurement planning, budgeting, and spend analysis
- Oversee contract lifecycle including negotiations, compliance, and variation orders
- Drive supplier performance management and continuous improvement
- Ensure effective Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) execution via ERP systems
- Work closely with engineering, project, and operations teams to support delivery
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 6+ years procurement experience in EPC / industrial / infrastructure environments
- EPC contracting experience strongly preferred
- Strong CAPEX procurement and project sourcing experience
- Experience with NEC contracts is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Familiar with ERP systems and procurement tools
