As a Senior Executive (Business Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Identify and develop new market segments and client opportunities to achieve acquisition and retention targets.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on company offerings, programmes, and initiatives to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Engage clients to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring a personalised and positive experience.
• Handle event hosting and engagement activities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Manage client accounts, including credit administration and collections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and standard operating procedure.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and service excellence standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
