The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with US-based company that specializes in base oils and waxes and has an operational plant located in Singapore.

We are seeking for a dedicated and detail-orientated Export Customer Service Representative (Incoterm, 1 year contract) to join their business!

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director. You will work in a team to manage the full order cycle, from processing purchase orders to ensuring timely export. Serve as the main point of contact for Southeast Asia customer inquiries, providing shipping documentation support and updates.

  • Permanent, 1 year contract
  • Location: Central region, Tanjong Pagar
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary: up to $4500 basic + Completion Bonus + AL
The Job
  • End-to-End Order Processing: Process Purchase Order (PO) mainly for export orders, including timely acknowledgment, accurate data entry, and ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with service providers to arrange timely delivery, track shipments, and effectively resolve any customer complaints or delivery issues.
  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for Southeast Asia customers, addressing inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and communicating shipment status.
  • Billing and Documentation Accuracy: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and maintain organized records and files for all orders to facilitate audits and smooth operations.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to streamline workflows, identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
The Talent
  • Min Diploma holder.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably for export shipment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating Purchase Order, including direct interaction with overseas customers.
  • Good understanding of Incoterm.
