Job Summary
The Business Development Executive drives revenue growth by building strategic industry relationships and positioning BELFOR as a trusted partner for preventive and restoration services.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strategic relationships with insurance companies, brokers, loss adjusters, claims managers, facility/property management companies, and commercial/industrial end customers to enhance BELFOR’s market presence
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, site visits, networking activities, and industry engagement to strengthen client partnerships and brand positioning
- Identify and pursue preventive maintenance and reconstruction service opportunities, including facility technical cleaning, reconstruction, air duct cleaning, corrosion control, commercial disinfection, equipment repair, electronic restoration, ultrasonic cleaning, and semiconductor equipment decontamination
- Target key sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical and life sciences, data centres, manufacturing facilities, industrial parks, and commercial buildings for business development
- Maintain ongoing engagement with the insurance ecosystem, including insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, and claims managers, to generate new leads and referrals
- Develop new business contacts and opportunities from facility/property management companies, industrial and commercial customers, and insurance partners
- Track and manage sales opportunities in CRM, maintaining regular follow-up to build a sustainable business pipeline
- Support sales conversion by understanding client operational risks and facility needs, positioning BELFOR’s technical capabilities, and proactively advancing opportunities toward project confirmation
- Collaborate with the Asia Marketing team to support industry events, customer seminars, partner engagement programs, presentations, and facility visits
- Utilize BELFOR sales assets such as case studies, industry flyers, customer success stories, and technical brochures to enhance customer engagement
- Provide market intelligence insights on industry developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to the Country Manager and Asia Marketing team
- Tertiary / Certification in business management and sales & marketing training with emphasis on strategic planning and organisational growth
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, technical services sales, or facilities-related industries
- Excellent outgoing personality and networking ability to main steady flow of prospects and new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills - focus on building trusts
- Experience working with facility management companies, industrial clients, or insurance ecosystem partners
