Marketing Intern - Geylang

Role Summary

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for both sustainability and marketing, eager to contribute and learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Direct Support: Assist the Senior Manager with daily tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
• Website Management: Maintain and update the corporate website (3 languages), manage content, and monitor analytics.
• Social Media: Create engaging content, schedule posts, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Graphic Design: Maintain brand assets, design marketing materials, and update company profiles.
• Event Support: Coordinate with organizers, assist with logistics, and promote events across channels.
• Vendor Management: Assist with vendor feedback, asset delivery and monitoring project development.
• Content Creation: Assist with writing and editing blog posts, press releases, media articles and website content.
• Promotional Goods: Maintain adequate stocks across markets and a pool of suitable vendors, liaising directly with all markets to support their needs and collaborate on sourcing.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), familiarity with CMS.
• Communication: Strong writing and editing skills, fluency in English. Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
• Attributes: Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for Sustainability & Marketing: A keen interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
• Creative & Adaptable: Able to balance attention to detail with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability & Integrity: A strong work ethic, open and honest approach, willingness to take initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.
